Terms and Conditions caravan hire & caravan storage.

Drivers must be over 25 years and under 70 years of age, of good health and have held a full driving licence for more than a year. it is the hirers responsibility to inform their insurance company that they intend to use their car for towing as the third-party risk in respect of the caravan must by law be covered by the insurance company of the vehicle that will be towing the caravan. Tow car motor insurance certificate must be shown before collecting caravan.
Hirer must have suitable towing licence and good knowledge and experience towing caravans/ trailers.
The hirer should not move the caravan to another location without informing Rosie’s rentals ltd.
The hirer will not tow the caravan at a speed in excess of the legal limit.
Should a tyre become unroadworthy the hirer will be held responsible for replacement and charges.
On return Cassette toilet must be empty and clean or hirer will face cleaning charge of £50
Hirers will be fully responsible for the caravan from there chosen start date of hire and will be responsible for any damage caused and liable for any repair costs.
No smoking in hire caravans
No pets unless request has been made to Rosie’s rentals ltd.
2 days minimum hire
Caravan must be returned by agreed date there will be a daily charge of £70 for late returns
Rosie’s s rentals ltd reserve the right to substitute another caravan or in some circumstances cancel the hire in the event of

The caravan being damaged rendering unsuitable for hire.
The late return of the caravan by previous hirer.
If caravan is at risk of damage

The hirer must provide proof of I.D either driving licence or passport and proof of address such as utility bill before hiring.

All caravans have been serviced yearly and All of our caravans’ appliances will have been checked working prior to delivery / collection therefor Rosie’s rentals ltd holds no responsibility for any faults or breakdowns during hire.

We cannot guarantee that the leisure battery in caravan will be fully charged unless requested.

Booking and Deposit refunds

To secure booking a £150 security deposit must be paid which will be refunded in full provided that the caravan is returned undamaged, clean, and on time and nothing is missing from inventory list. we reserve the right to charge for any extra cleaning or repairs that prove necessary. Deposits will not be refunded in a case of a cancelation however cost of hire will be refunded in full up to 38 days before hire start date. Full cost of hire must be paid by invoice date. A late payment fee of £10 per day will be added to invoice after due date. Late/non-payment will result in loss of deposit and cancellation of hire after 15 days. If payment instalments are not paid within 2 days of due date, then we reserve the right to charge a late payment fee of £10 per day and cancel booking after 15 days with no refund of already paid funds.

Id and proof of address must be shown prior to start date.

Rosie’s rentals ltd reserve the right to cancel booking at any time providing customer with 3 weeks’ notice to remove goods from site.

Storage fee must be paid on given payment date (late payment charges will apply see below)

Storer must own or be authorised to store goods

Storer must secure the goods

Storer must not store dangerous, hazardous, illegal, stolen, or explosive goods

24hrs notice must be given to gain access to site.

Please be aware of Guard dog on patrol.

Caravans, boats, or other items that are stored at rosies rentals ltd are here entirely at the risk of their owners. It is your responsibility to insure your property and its contents. While reasonable attempts are made to keep the site secure, we recommend that you take whatever steps as may seem appropriate to safeguard your property, including wheel clamps, towing hitch lock, wheel and jockey wheel removal, specialist alarms etc.

Deposits will only be returned if plot is left clean and free of any rubbish

Forfit of deposit for non-payments.

No pets or animals on site unless granted permission from Rosies rentals ltd.

Gas bottles must be disconnected from caravan.

Late payments

A late payment charge of £2 per day on top of normal storage fee will occur please avoid late payment charge by paying promptly. we suggest setting up a standing order for a week before fee is due.

Asset will temporally be ceased until fess have been paid, meaning asset cannot be removed from site until outstanding balance has been paid.

If late payment occurs more than 3 times, we will ask fees to be paid 6 monthly or yearly if this is not possible you may be asked to vacate site.

Non payment

If no payment has been received after 5 weeks of due date then this will be classed as non-payment and a charge of £100 and loss of deposit will occur

There will be a £100 per week charge until payment has been made.

Non-payment after 6 months could result in rosies rentals taking possession of vehicle / goods to cover debt.
